BASEBALL CONDITIONING |
|
In all sports, conditioning is the key component to superior athletic performance. A well conditioned athlete will experience far less injuries over time than a unconditioned athlete. While we can teach conditioning and speed and agility training for various sports, our primary focus is conditioning for the baseball athlete. We too frequently see players come to their first practice of the season or a camp and they are not in condition - especially not in throwing condition. Not being in throwing conditioning leads immediately to sore arms and athletes having to sit out and rest. If you are interested in getting your athlete in condition for the spring and summer baseball season, come in and receive a free demonstration and consultation.
